She's Here Again!!

I guess you all have read my previous article “She’s the One!”, if not please read it here: She’s the One!
I wrote that as a part of my interview for some company regarding the vacancy of a content writer. Even after a week, I didn’t had any idea if they are willing to hire me or not. So, I posted here on my blog. As you all know, I have only few readers. But honestly, that’s the only article that had reached everyone of them. Some said that the story was cool, some said he story is incomplete just like the name of my blog. Once I had a thought of developing the story further, but I couldn’t manage time as I was busy with Valentine’s Day article (I guess everyone was busy on that day, received only one review about it! Disaster!! I promise I will not bother you on Feb 14 in upcoming years.)  But on Feb 13, I received the call from that HR again and she asked me to answer the remaining questions in the list and send her as soon as possible. I answered remaining questions and sent them to her. The questions are as follows:
1. An encounter that changed your life
2. Your memorable journey
3. A trip that you would like to take
4. A day when everything went right (or wrong)
5. Your first day at a new school or college
Among these 5, question no 1 has resulted in the story “She’s the One!”. And here I am presenting you the continued story of it in question no. 2 and 4. Kindly inform me if there’s any grammar mistake or your feedback about the story. I will be waiting for your reply.

Your memorable journey

Kalasiri, it’s the name given to our college fest. That’s the day I met her recently. When I woke up last week, I realized it has been 2 months after I saw her beautiful little eyes. I couldn’t stop myself from seeing her. So, I fueled my vehicle and started my journey from Mysuru to Mangaluru. The journey is roughly 250 kms. But I didn’t felt any stress as I was going to see her. I didn’t informed her that I was visiting her place. After 3 hours, I was near her home. I took my phone and I called her. She came to her balcony and answered the phone.
She said, “Where are you? Why didn’t you called me in Morning?”
Me: “I am and always will be with you”
She: “Stop joking idiot, don’t fool me. It’s been 2 months I haven't seen your joker face.”
Me: That’s why I am here, come with me, let’s go to St.Mary’s Island”
She: Wait! What? Are you in Mangalore? Stop joking.
Me: Look across your compound wall, I’m waving at you”
She looked at me and screamed in excitement. She came down to hug me. Then I asked her to join me as I planned to pay a visit to St.Mary’s Island. She said, she’s not ready and she will get ready in 2 minutes. So, I waited in her home, watching tv. After an hour, she came downstairs with the green dress which I gifted her on the last day of my college. I love the way she surprised me. Then we went to that Island and spent entire day there. That’s the most memorable journey of my life.

A day when everything went right.

Leap Year is a year that happens once in 4 years. That means, each leap year has 366 days which results in February 29. Only few public figures I know are born on that day like Morarji Desai.  But there’s one day I can never ever forget in my life. And that is February 29, 2012. It was her birthday. In love, the first rose anniversary, first propose anniversary, first movie together anniversary etc matters the most. And the one who forgot his girlfriend’s birthday is no less than a dead man, because that will be his last day of being in a relationship. I guess it was my good luck that she was born on a leap day. But every year, I visited her home on Feb 28 and at midnight; I was waiting near her home to surprise her with cake and a personalized gift. Even though her birthday was to be celebrated once in 4 years, she would turn into an angry bird if I didn’t wish her. I didn’t let that happen, even in my dream. It was her 5th birthday literally and 20th birthday physically. So, I did some math and formulated few relations between the numbers 5 and 20. I knocked on her door 5 seconds prior to midnight and sung Happy Birthday 20 times, each time with a different pet name of her. I bought her 5 roses and 20 chocolates, 5 teddy bears and 20 pictures of her with me as a gift. Initially, she didn’t notice this theory of 5 and 20. I just explained her about it and she felt very happy. Suddenly, she hugged me and it continued for 5 minutes and 20 seconds. She said that will be her most memorable birthday. Then her parents came to wish her and she introduced me to them. Later that night, she asked me to take her ride on my bike to which I accepted happily. I took her on 20 minutes journey and there I presented her the gift I waited from long time to present her. That’s the day everything went perfect in my life.
